Shipping and Returns

Tracking Your Order

When you place an order with Desire La’fe Luxury, we will send you an email confirmation with an order ID. In-stock items are typically shipped within 1-2 business days of your order date. If your desired item is out of stock, we will let you know via email and ask that you please allow 7-10 business days for shipment. Once your item does ship, we email you a tracking number and ETA updates.

Lost Items

While we only ship through reliable carriers, Desire La’fe Luxury is not responsible for items lost or stolen during transit. Any associated risks are assumed by the courier. If you experience any problems, please reach out to our customer service department and we will advise on what steps to take. Response time may vary, depending on your location, but we do our best to respond within 24 hours of your request.

Refund & Exchange Policy

All Desire La’fe Luxury sales are final. Given the nature of our products, we are not able to accept returns or restock items that have been worn or used. Please take extra care when placing your order to ensure you’re selecting the correct item. If you are unsure about something or have questions, we are happy to help. Feel free to contact us by email or phone. If you’ve placed an order already, have your order ID on hand. We want you to be thrilled with our products and welcome the chance to ensure your satisfaction.

Exchanges

In some cases, we are able to exchange UNUSED products. Items must be still in their original packaging and still tied to the original weft on which they arrived. Desire La’fe Luxury reserves the right to deny exchange requests that do not meet our policy. All original shipping fees are non-refundable. Shipping costs on exchanges are the responsibility of the consumer. Please keep proof of postage until your exchange is finalized.

To initiate an exchange, please contact us with your original product code and order ID either by phone or email. We will reply by phone and email within 24 hours to follow up and ensure everything is correct. Once confirmed, your new order will then be shipped next-day-air at no additional cost.
